Terms of Service for Fat Cat

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Fat Cat ("the App") developed by Cenk Kucukiravul ("we," "our," or "us").

By downloading, installing, or using Fat Cat, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Fat Cat, you confirm that you are at least 4 years of age (or using the App under appropriate parental supervision if under 13) and agree to comply with these Terms. Fat Cat is available on the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's Media Services Terms and Conditions.

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Fat Cat on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

This license does not allow you to:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the App

3. In-App Purchases

Available Purchases

Fat Cat offers the following in-app purchases:

• Remove Ads — A one-time purchase that permanently removes interstitial ads and grants an in-game bonus.
• Starter Pack — A one-time bundle offering in-game items and fish.
• Fish Packs — Consumable in-game currency bundles for use within the App.

Pricing

All prices are displayed in your local currency through the App Store. Prices may vary by region and may change with notice.

Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple. To request a refund, visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We do not process refunds directly.

Virtual Currency and Items

Fish packs and in-game items purchased within Fat Cat:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Are not transferable between players or accounts
• Are not redeemable for real currency
• May be lost if the App is deleted, subject to restoration via the "Restore Purchases" feature for qualifying purchases

4. Advertisements

Fat Cat displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob, including interstitial and rewarded ads. By using the App, you consent to receiving advertisements. Purchasing "Remove Ads" permanently removes interstitial ads from your experience. Rewarded ads may remain available as optional, user-initiated bonus actions.

5. Intellectual Property

Fat Cat, including its design, code, artwork, music, characters, features, and branding, is owned by Cenk Kucukiravul and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

All trademarks, service marks, and trade names used in the App are the property of Cenk Kucukiravul or their respective owners.

You are granted no ownership rights in the App. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Fat Cat to:

• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
• Exploit, harm, or attempt to exploit or harm minors in any way
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or related systems
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App
• Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

FAT CAT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Defects will be corrected
• The App will meet your specific requirements
• Game progress or purchased items will not be lost

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CENK KUCUKIRAVUL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF GAME DATA, LOSS OF IN-APP ITEMS, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF FAT CAT.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Fat Cat at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. You may terminate your use at any time by deleting the App from your device.

Upon termination:

• Your license to use the App is revoked
• You will not be entitled to a refund of any purchases (subject to Apple's refund policy)
• Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect (e.g., intellectual property, limitations of liability)

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless local law requires otherwise.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Your continued use of Fat Cat after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
