End-User License Agreement (EULA) for Fat Cat

Effective Date: March 23, 2026

This End-User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Cenk Kucukiravul ("Licensor") for the use of Fat Cat ("the App").

By installing or using Fat Cat, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

This EULA supplements Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. In the event of a conflict between this EULA and the Standard EULA, this EULA shall govern.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Cenk Kucukiravul grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use Fat Cat on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

The App — including all artwork, characters, music, sound effects, code, game mechanics, and documentation — is and remains the exclusive property of Cenk Kucukiravul. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights in the App or its content.

"Fat Cat" and associated characters and artwork are proprietary to Cenk Kucukiravul. All rights reserved.

Any feedback, bug reports, or suggestions you provide about the App may be freely used by Cenk Kucukiravul without compensation or attribution to you.

Cenk Kucukiravul is responsible for providing maintenance and support for Fat Cat, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support for the App. For support, contact:

Fat Cat integrates Google AdMob for advertising. Use of the App is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party services integrated into the App.

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. CENK KUCUKIRAVUL EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

CENK KUCUKIRAVUL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS, OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CENK KUCUKIRAVUL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF GAME DATA, IN-APP ITEMS, OR PROFITS) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.

CENK KUCUKIRAVUL'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR IN-APP PURCHASES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50 USD), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Termination

This EULA is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination:

11. Governing Law

This EULA is governed by the laws of Turkey. Any disputes arising from or related to this EULA will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, unless applicable local law requires otherwise.

12. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with Apple's Standard EULA and Fat Cat's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Cenk Kucukiravul regarding the App and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
